Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Terminal website or submitting a deployment inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Our Service
Terminal is an experimental audio house providing live production, commercial AV integration, and professional audio system sales. Live production deployments include sound systems, power, engineers, crew, transportation, setup, operation, and strike.
We are not a dry-hire rental company. We bring complete production to our clients.
Booking & Payment
Inquiry submissions through the website do not constitute a confirmed booking. A formal agreement will be issued upon confirmation.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date. A date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due before the event. We do not collect the balance after the event.
Deposits become non-refundable inside the cancellation window, as defined in the booking agreement and detailed in our Refund Policy.
Deployment Agreements
Bookings are subject to a signed contract and deposit. All deployments are fully staffed by Terminal engineers.
Dry hire and self-operated deployments are not available under any circumstances.
Every deployment includes transportation, engineering, setup, operation, and strike.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate event details, reasonable site access for setup and strike, and timely communication regarding the event.
Terminal is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by inaccurate information, restricted site access, or venue-imposed conditions outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, photography, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Terminal and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Terminal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.
