Refunds.

Last updated: July 2026

Deposits & Reservations

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date. A date is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received.

Until the deposit is received, the date remains open and may be booked by another client.

Balance & Payment

The remaining balance is due before the event. We do not collect the balance after the event.

Payment methods and scheduling of the balance will be specified in your booking agreement.

Cancellation Window

Deposits become non-refundable inside the cancellation window. The cancellation window is defined in your booking agreement and is typically 60 days before the event date.

Outside the cancellation window, deposits may be refundable in whole or in part at the discretion of Terminal, as specified in the booking agreement.

Cancellation by Terminal

In the event Terminal cancels a confirmed booking, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full within 10 business days.

Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled by the client and the new date is available, the deposit may be applied to the new date subject to the terms of the booking agreement.

Rescheduling inside the cancellation window is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation under these terms.

No Dry Hire

All deployments are fully staffed by Terminal engineers. Dry hire and unattended deployments are not available under any circumstances, and no refund is owed for requests that fall outside our service model.

How to Request a Refund
